luke is here!

jude seemed to understand a lot about the pregnancy. you knew there was a baby in there and you knew his name was luke.
when your friends would come over they might look at one of luke's toys and you would say, "no, don't touch. its luke's!"

my water broke with Luke at 3:30 am on sept 11th. just before it broke i told tom i was having luke today and he said "is there any way to postpone it a day?" completely seriously too.

howard was staying here, so he watched jude. the surgery went fast.

nonna and poppy came to watch jude. jude came to meet luke on 9/12/09. he was geniunely happy to meet luke and wanted to pet his head. jude kept saying 'i hold him'. when i did let you hold him you said he was too heavy to hold. you came back the next day and had a meltdown that i couldn't pick you up. nona said you cried at night for me.

luke has been a champion sleeper and cuddler fro the start. he only cries when he is hungry or passing gas. he's sleeping good stretches of time at night. from 3-5 he gets up more than once an hour, but i cant complain because he is so good the rest of the time. luke also hates having his diaper changed , he doesn't cry for it, he goes straight to screaming.

you opened the fridge door and started to list off things you saw : eggs, mllk, yo-yo, monkeys..." monkeys are yogurt drinks that have a picture of a monkey on them.

the girls next door are "my girls"

you aren't drinking much milk, but you demand chocolate milk. you will not poop on the potty yet, but you are using it for pee. you are completely revolted by poop. last night you pooped on the rug, lovely!

you want to watch superman, batman, spiderman all the time.

you were very proud when we brought luke to daycare to show him to your teachers, your teachers said you talk about luke all the time, and you told them 'i miss my mom, but she has luke now." i don't think you said it like that because i've never heard a sentence that well formed come out of your mouth.

you love to play with lyla. when you get together with her you two play so well together. you two are also known to poop a the same time together.

you like to eat grated parmesean cheese. yo eat so much of it, it gets expensive!

you got a scooter a remote control car, and a farm add on for your train set for your birthday.
