it's june already!

its been a cold spring. it's finally getting warm and i got you shorts for the summer. it's june 4th and you've only worn them once this year.

yesterday when i picked you up from daycare they said you are the most well behaved kid they have. you clean up the toys. ??? i didn't know you could put away your toys. we will have to implement this at home! she said that if she says "we can go outside when the toys are cleaned up" you race around putting everything away. she says when you are outside you are almost in another world. so happy and content to be outside.

in our garden i have had to teach you not to walk on my flowers, and not to pick them! now you looks at them and attempt to say flower.

you also say thank you, bless you, and i taught you today and yesterday to say "i'm sorry."

every morning you want to watch "Teee" which is TV. but you don't want just any TV, it has to be one of your 3 dvds. Cars, Ratatouie, or the Jungle Book. When you watch the jungle book you dance with the songs, and in the scene where the boy walks on this hands and feet like the baby elephant you do it too.

last week you started to get you at 5:30. argh. so we let you cry it out for 2 days, and it wasn't really working, and then we noticed you are getting up with the sunrise, so w put a dark blaket as a shade over your window and now you sleep until 6:45 or 7.
amazingly, i can sleep 6-7 hours an= night these days and feel good. that would have made me so tired in the past.

tomorrow you have a doctors appointment, and we have deided not to let them giv eyou any more shots. or atleast not any now.

last weekend we went to joan's graduation party and you were so shy for the first haf hour we were there. then you were going up to people and saying babble to them. the were playing bags and you would go u and beg or a bag and then throw it and everyone would cla, and you loved the attention. you also loved laura and russ. you will go to russ and put your arms up for him to hold you and then you cuddle on his arm and shouder. when we left you ran over to laura to give her a kiss, i have to beg for a kiss from you and laura ges one for free!
